Villa Nuova

The Hamlet is a former 18th century farmhouse in Tuscany, which has been converted into a private villa set in a beautiful area of the Siena countryside.

The villa consists of two buildings, which are only 20 meters distance from one another. The communal areas building at the entrance of the property and the accommodation building hosting all five-villa apartments. Large tended areas surround these two buildings. Children can roam and play freely, and parents can relax. The villa has its private pool, garden barbecue and private outdoor covered parking at the entrance of the property.

My Taste of Tuscany collaborate with the nearby hotel only 200 mt. from Villa Nuova. From experience, we have seen that using both places for medium size weddings works very well, since your friends will reach you with a short walk.

If you dream of a romantic Italian wedding in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, then this villa could be the venue for you. We arrange both civil (with mayor) and symbolic ceremony with a celebrant or a priest at the garden or in the courtyard, or just with a few kilometres you can say “I do” in one of Italy's most unique historic buildings, San Galgano. 

Located 35 Km south of Siena and just north of the Maremma valley, in between of the Chianti Docg hills and the Val d’Orcia.  The villa is surrounded by the Tuscan hills, medieval hamlets, breathtaking panoramas and delightful winding roads all to discover. 7 km from the villa lays the monumental complex where the civil ceremony is allowed both for Italians and for foreigners. This unique highlight gives at this venue the original touch of an irreplaceable civil wedding.

Both Siena and all other major Tuscan art cities and the seaside are daily outings. The villa is tucked away and enjoys privacy, yet it is not isolated. All necessary amenities are in the closely village, only 5 minutes walking distance.

Our chef uses only quality ingredients, organically produced on his farm or ordered by local food producers in the area to satisfy all senses.

Typical Tuscan blended with modern tendencies respecting the distinctive flavors of the local cuisine presented elegantly.

From the villa there are many excursion opportunities, including Colle Val d'Elsa and San Gimignano, which are featured on UNESCO's list of world heritage sites. It takes about 20 minutes by car to the center of Siena. Within a short drive to the most famous Chianti Classico vineyards, castles and hamlets, the village of San Gimignano, Volterra and not least Florence.
