Borgo Villa Luisa

Villa Luisa is in the centre of a small medieval village in the heart of Maremma, in Tuscany, bordered with the Montecucco and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG wine area.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden overlooking the valley of river Ombrone, vines and rolling hills. Illuminated at night, the old street lamps confirm “the other time location”. The garden with its private four clasps allows you to relax in a quiet refined atmosphere, a bath in the garden's magnificent pool, a romantic stroll among cypresses or just a browse at the village's wine bar or cafe. Previously, the hamlet was used by the Duke family who lived here as his private villa, nowadays it is converted into a private residence. It is a pleasure that we can bring our future wedding couple so much beauty!

The villa will be for your private use, and we have the pleasure to arrange a ceremony with a professional celebrant, priest or major in the renaissance garden. The villa has both elegance with the hitch of rustic Tuscany, and what a panoramic view!

Cypresses leads you to the swimming pool, while you can enjoy the sight of the rolling hills that this part of the region is so famous for.

Library and lounge room for the guests, Armor’s hall for the meals. The high-quality ingredients provided by local producers of the territory, are used for all the meals respecting the typical flavours of the local cuisine. It’s our slow food chef Flavio or our Michelin stared Roberto with their team serving you high quality food and wines for your wedding reception.

Within a short drive; the ancient Etruscan ruins of Roselle, the coast and the Thermal Baths, the castle of Banfi; the medieval villages of Monte Amiata and the Val d’Orcia, in the UNESCO’s world heritage list since 2004.  Most of the rooms/apartments/suites have the ability for extra beds. All rooms have a personal touch with Tuscan furniture. Large garden and several garden spaces on guests’ disposal. Before the swimming pool, a bird aviary with parrots and other bird varieties.   

In addition to Montalcino, castles and winefarms to visit, the area offers many beautiful places to visit, such as Pienza, Bagno Vignoni, Siena, Montepulciano, Santa Fiora, it’s also easy to reach the Tuscan riviera with amazing beaches.
