The villa is a large farmhouse, Nobile in its spirit!

For sea-lovers are the villa an ideal location for a wedding arrangement. Close to the beautiful Tuscan Etruscan coast where you can visit Baratti, Populonia, the famous cypresses of Bolgheri and San Vincenzo to mention some of them and admire the view to the Island of Elba. A long avenue of pines and flowering oleanders offers a romantic atmosphere and accompanies married couple and friends on their perfect day. 

The villa and outhouses of the earlier farm are restored and turned into apartments and rooms. They vary in size; where the rooms are large and bright, furnished with care and respect for tradition, beds in wrought iron, terracotta flooring-tiles and walls painted in warm tones of yellow, pink and apricot. 

All the apartments and rooms have independent entrance directly from the garden and have a covered terrace or veranda, furnished with tables and chairs. Some of the apartments can be combined, giving more space for families with children. 

The swimming pool and terrace surrounded by a large park and a beautiful garden filled with many roses and herbs. Our guest will find flowers and fragrances in all seasons due to the good sea climate. At the end of a pine-lined avenue, there is a small lake inhabited by wild ducks and geese.

At the villa you can say "I do" in the beautiful garden or a civil wedding can take place in the nearby castle overlooking the sea! 

We organize dinners and the wedding dinner by the pool or in the elegant dining room combined a porch. The farm is in a fertile valley where the main crops are vegetables, fruit and cereals and with extensive fields of wheat and sunflowers, which again surrounded by rolling hills covered with vines and olive groves. 

The farm covers about 24 acres, which the owners cultivate personally. Their principal products are cereals, mainly wheat and sunflowers, then spinach and violet artichokes which are the well-known specialty’s that you will taste during your stay. You can also pick your own vegetables during season.

You will also enjoy the farms good extra virgin olive oil and the vegetable from the garden.

The villa will be in your exclusivity during your stay together with your guests, all the rooms, the large living room/hall with a bar and terrace. 

From the villa there are many excursion possibilities, including Massa Marittima, Livorno, Bolgheri wine area, and many other charming medieval villages and nature parks. By bike you can go straight to the beach from the villa!
