Villa Baia has 35 bedrooms (33 rooms and 2 suites) furnished with taste and equipped with every comfort: small fridge, private bathroom with shower, automatic air conditioning, direct telephone line, 24h room service, color TV with external channels, internet connection and safe. Most rooms also have a balcony or a private patio / garden. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in public areas.

Villa Baia is the ideal place to relax at any time of the day, utilizing the large terrace, the garden and the spacious private beach with stunning views and a bay located in front of the villa. The most famous beaches of the area are in the immediate vicinity. Seaside activities available are surfing, kite surfing, snorkeling, fishing…etc.

Situated on a Peninsula, you can either explore the lovely coastal towns nearby (within 3 and 5 km), some medieval fortresses, or head to the mainland for some other excursions in the vicinity. Heading inland, sweet rolling hills cultivated by vines, olive groves and orchards are leading you to some of the best local producers to taste their fresh local produce of excellent quality. Besides some hilltop medieval villages, you can also explore some ancient towns of Etruscan origins. The area is also rich in natural hot-springs.
