The Olive Farm

On the rolling Tuscan hills, dominated from a small medieval village and only a few kilometres from the famous Saturnia hot springs and its 18-hole golf course, rises the Italian romantic olive farm. Once an aristocratic residence, now crowned by olive groves in a green natural landscape with views of a small medieval village in Maremma valley.
The Olive farm is a peaceful place where the refined atmosphere of old country residences can still be experienced.
The nearest village is only 800 meters. During summer days you can reach in within 30 minutes’ drive the Tuscan Riviera. From the villa there are many excursion opportunities; the area is known for wines, Morellino di Scansano DOCG and Vermentino Maremma. Nearby this venue we find the characteristic Etruscan villages of Pitigliano, Sovana and Sorano. The Tuscan coast, the town of Grosseto, Capalbio, Mount Amiata and the Orcia Valley can be reached easily from this venue.
The main house, beautifully restored is placed as an oasis between the ancient olive trees in a very beautiful natural landscape. There are two historic oak trees on the property, which we utilize as the ceremony location or for a nice aperitif at sunset.
The main house with its restaurant is surrounded by smaller villas, which have double and family rooms / junior suites and suites for a total of 26 with private bathrooms. With a short walk of 50-80 m, you can find the 10 apartments each with 2 twin / double room / living with kitchen and sofa bed / bathroom. All apartments have a private patio / terrace.
The rooms are furnished in typical Tuscan country style and each room is different in the décor from the other, baldachin beds are one of the musts combined with the wood beams ceilings. All the rooms are equipped with air -conditioning, TV and some with massage shower.
There are two swimming pools at the venue with views to the olive trees and the medieval village. The family represents the local cuisine in the "Osteria" where all food is homemade and grown organically on site. They use exclusively local producers and fresh ingredients.
At the farm, you will find an atmosphere that will be hard to forget!

Nearest Airport: Rome FCO (1 hour and 35 min.) - Pisa (2 hours 25 min.) - Florence (2 hours and 40 min.) - Bologna (3 hours and 15 min.)
Train station: Grosseto (1 hour). To Grosseto trains from Rome (1 hour and 27 min.) and Pisa (1 hour and 30 min.)

We arrange civil marriage at the hamlet (mayor/ official comes to the location after a census in the municipality)
