Here you will find an ancient and beautiful church where you can celebrate your wedding with the hills and the vineyards of Chianti as your only witness. The Cloister, the terrace and the rooms with four poster beds are the top of romanticism while our chefs are confectioners able to create absolute masterpieces in the magical environments of their kitchen. The Castello is one of the few castles in Chianti that guarantees the maximum privacy and gives you the opportunity to book the whole place for two days, so that you can exclusively enjoy all the spaces and freely celebrate from dawn to dusk until well into the night.

You can say your vows in the rustic church within the resort or perhaps you’ll opt for an outside ceremony, making the most of the pretty vineyards and surrounding hills. 

Il Castello can host ceremonies up to 100 guests. For weddings with more than 35 people you have to reserve the whole Castle. If there are inferior number of guests, the spaces reserved for the ceremony will be kept apart from those reserved to the clients of the hotel so that the party may not be disturbed in the slightest. (please contact us for your arrangement if you are less than 35 guests).

Guests can relax by the panoramic pool or in a garden’s corner enjoying a beautiful view to the countryside and vineyards. The wine tasting in the wine cellar is a must, before the Rehearsal dinner Friday evening.  

Located in a central position, from the farm you have excellent opportunities for excursions:  from the main cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo, to smaller centres of cultural interest, like Castellina in Chianti, Greve, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano and Volterra. Not to mention the possibilities offered by the surrounding hills with their picturesque landscapes and gastronomic itineraries.
