The wine farm Monte is situated on a hill in the area which is well known for its production of Montecucco DOC and Brunello di Montalcino DOCG wines in the Maremma and the Orcia valley, inserted on UNESCO's World Heritage List.
Say “I do” at the vineyard, olive grove, grainfield or garden or with a short drive in a romantic castle chapel or botanical garden, can’t be more romantic than that!
"A green oasis" where it appears that all thrive in this fertile soil. You can walk at the village viewpoint, stay in the green garden with its herbs and flowers and relax by the poolside. Here, nature is the protagonist despite the few kilometres to the villages and cities of great historical interest such as the Banfi Castle, the medieval villages of Monte Amiata and the Unesco valley of Val d `Orcia. Easy to reach Siena, the Tuscan coastline, Montepulciano, Bagno Vignoni and Pienza. An authentic Tuscany, which has remained intact over the centuries, unknown as it is both urbanization and mass tourism.
The farm has a large pool and garden in a private setting. Wine cellar, vineyards and olive groves.
Our chef Claudia stands for the traditional and excellent cuisine, served in top courses with respect for nature. Every product, from pasta to desserts, is made by hand: the restaurant combines the tradition of ancient recipes with the priority use of the products produced in the farm, offering authentic cuisine at very low impact, which can be enjoyed in the garden, terrace or the dining room. The owners strongly support the use of “km 0” products and can offer a gastronomic high quality thanks to the wide range of farm products largely organic. They proudly offer food options that are good for guests, good for the community and good for the planet.
The farm is renowned for its high quality of Montecucco DOC wines, and we invite our guest to visit the Wine cellar followed by a tasting.
