What we do and realize

The contact form we ask you to fill out is for us to find the best locations for your wedding arrangement. According to your indications we will send you a personal proposal with budget list and general pricelists / pictures. 

We can arrange skype-meetings during the planning and if you have the possibility, we welcome you for a pre-visit in Tuscany.

Upon confirmation of our proposal, we will start with all the details: confirmation of your chosen venue and the location for your ceremony, the type of ceremony chosen, the wedding dinner and the party. 

Wedding invitation, information folder, monogram and guest list: proposals for layout, text and monogram, blog/website if wanted. 

Guest list and gathering participations: when we receive an overview of the guests you want to invite, we will transform it into a room list with the first random placing. You will constantly be updated on how many guests will come and what they prefer during their stay; arrival and departure dates and for ex. transportation, wine excursion, extra meals and holiday rentals. 

Bridal couples budget list: My Taste of Tuscany wedding pre-organization and basic planning includes your detailed budget list that will continuously be updated with all details according to number of guests and according to your wishes and booked services of our vendors. A full planning cycle of six months to a year includes up to a maximum of 10 full updates as per contract.

Included print materials: we will print your ceremony program decorated with your chosen ribbon, the wedding menu, place cards and seating plan (layout possibilities will be sent to you). We think it’s nice to give you something special on your wedding day, so we create your personal cones filled with flower petals, that will be given to your guests after the ceremony. 

Food and wine during your stay: we will send you a list with the best courses and pairing wines which you can choose from. 

Proposal and suggestions for wedding cake/dessert table/night food. 

Following up with your witnesses and Master of ceremony: the Master of ceremony receives a copy of the guest list so he or she knows with whom to organize the speeches during your wedding reception. The menu will be sent from us in advance.

The witnesses and guests taking active part at the ceremony will be informed in advanced and meet in Tuscany for a rehearsal before the big day.

Benvenuti: the wedding couple will receive a customized program that includes all details and a welcome gift from us in their room! 

At the check-in your guest will receive, welcome card, personalized folder with the time schedule for the wedding and the days of their stay and a booklet with a map of the area giving them ideas for excursions to do on their own.

My Taste of Tuscany’s presence: after many years of organizing weddings and events, we know how crucial it is that the team is present during your stay. Our team will think of every detail including the quality and timing of the delivered services, such as trial session with the hairdresser and make-up artist, paperwork’s in the town hall. Following up the chosen photographer, control the delivery of flowers, welcome and update the priest, the mayor, the celebrant and musicians before the ceremony, in other words we keep a constant communication with everyone involved who works to make your wedding unique and successful. You can just lay back and relax without thinking about those thousand details surrounding a wedding and just enjoy it all with your family and friends.
