Say “I do” in private chapel, historical town hall, wine cellar or vineyard, olive grove, cloister or an Italian renaissance garden, it can’t be more romantic than that! My Taste of Tuscany wedding ceremonies takes place both in the beautiful Tuscan countryside and by the sea.

Whether you choose a civil, symbolic or religious ceremony, My Taste of Tuscany offers a complete planning service. We tailor-made and personalize your ceremony; Catholic or Protestant weddings, Jewish weddings as well as Hindu and Muslim weddings are just some of the faiths, we have experience with in assisting you to celebrate in our region. 

Civil weddings are legally recognized and are conducted by the Mayor or Public Officer and by law there must be an interpreter who translates the vows and ceremony act. These precautions give the marriage status. It will take place in town halls or special licensed venues approved by the Tuscan authorities. We will help you with all documents required for a civil wedding in Italy.

Each country has its own agreement with Italy that must be followed. For Scandinavian citizens, the request is simple.

For non-EU and non Schengen citizens, the request varies (note that the wedding couple must often be in Italy to receive the last documents at the embassy/consulate one week before the wedding takes place). Representative from My Taste of Tuscany wedding will be present for all translations.
